xDSL on Linux

All information on this site is about connecting to ISPīs or other IP providers using xDSL and ATM hardware and software under the Linux operating system.

Basics:


xDSL internet connections is an application of ATM where the physical interface is a DSL variant instead of LAN or fiber.

This means that a number of established and well-proven protocols and software packages can be used at both the customer and provider location.
